Making blizzards at home

I want ice cream every night of summer and it’s easy to spend $$ quick. This use of my stand mixer has saved me money and I love planning my own mix ins.

1. Put ice cream of choice in chilled (if you remember) stand mixer bowl

2. Mix on medium briefly until soft

3. Add mix ins of choosing - chopped Oreos, mini pb cups, sprinkles, fudge, etc - the world is your oyster! Just be careful there’s not more than your ice cream.

4. Mix on medium briefly until mixed

5. Hooray! You have a blizzard at home.
