This is perfect for freshening up after a spell of sweating/overheating and if you want to reset but need to rest but are struggling to shower.

I prefer to spray it directly on my skin then wipe with a larger cotton pad or Kirkland dry face towel.

I keep the mini size in my purse with a pack of tissues to create wipes on the go.
